Digital Products Policy

All products sold through Bible Story Creative are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Minor Edits & Bible Verse Versions

If you need a small adjustment—such as changing the Bible translation (for example, from NIV to ESV or KJV)—please reach out. When possible, we are happy to accommodate minor edits at no additional cost.

We also offer custom design work depending on the scope of the project.

Incorrect or Corrupted Files

If you receive the wrong file or believe a file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and make it right by sending a corrected file.

Exchanges

Because all items are digital downloads, we do not offer exchanges. If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and therefore waive the 14-day cooling-off period once the download has begun.
